New staff page

Our staff has changed some over the past few months. We always challenge each other and do not always agree on EVERYTHING but we have found our one true common love…… of cheesecake.

Dan Crow is a veteran communicator,
a spiritual catalyst and a relational pastor. He shares God’s Word with passion, theological insight and practical application. He’s also a family man who relishes his marriage to Becky and their family of 5 sons, 3 daughters by marriage and a growing brood of grandkids. Dan loves to encourage people along life’s journey and believes every season has value if we ask good questions with humility and persistence.

Dan feeds his spirit by taking time to be an avid reader, music sampler, sports enthusiast and rider of his hybrid bike.

Paul has been on staff at Covenant since 1993. He married Debra in 1991 and they have been blessed with 5 children: Landry, Carson, Dalton, Laken and Kenley. Born and raised in Howard County, Paul has had opportunity to build lasting relationships throughout the community while volunteering with Howard County Rec & Parks and Howard County Public Schools.

“In a desire to share Christ in the world I live, it is my goal to imitate Christ through the love of family, friends and foes. The Lord continues to fill my days with opportunities to demonstrate His love and give me unspeakable joy. For the Joy of the Lord is my strength.”

Joyce Feghali joined our staff in October 2016 as our Director of Children’s Ministries. Joyce has a passion for children and her desire is to see them grow in their faith and love for Christ. Joyce leads special events, camps, and coordinates volunteers within children’s ministries. Joyce and her husband, Riyadh, have been a part of Covenant since 2005 and have 3 children. She enjoys biking, jogging, soccer games with her kids, baking, & GOOD coffee.

Bonnie has a natural way with everything Finance! From paying the electric bill to balancing the accounts; Bonnie has served as our Financial Ministry Assistant since August 2000. Passionate about equipping others as they grow in their relationship with Christ; she is actively involved in mentoring new believers through one-on-one discipleship training. Volunteering in a nearby Food Pantry and raising fruits and vegetables in her garden keeps her quite busy as well.

Donna works with all things “communication” at Covenant. She enjoys the challenge to be creative in sharing information in this ever-change world of technology while acknowledging the various needs of personal outreach in ministry. She believes smiles, laughter, music and even a few tears are the essentials that make up each day in this life. Donna and her husband, Michael, have attended Covenant since moving to Maryland in 1999. They have also lived together in Texas, Pennsylvania and Indiana and have 3 children. Donna enjoys travel, photography, sewing & crochet, and games with her family. After meeting a goal to run her first race ever over the Bay Bridge in 2015, she and her family have participated in several 5K and 10K races.

Carla extends a warm Covenant welcome to those who visit our office, either in person, through email, or by phone. She keeps our database up-to-date and gives general support to office and pastoral staff. Carla also has a passion to create an atmosphere where people can feel accepted, valued, encouraged and cared for. Currently, she is using her fervor for décor to help transform our children and youth meeting areas into fun, vibrant and inviting spaces. In addition, Carla serves as Co-chair of the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) faith outreach committee, which is dedicated to educating and equipping faith leaders as well as their congregations on how to lovingly support those around us who are struggling with depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. Carla and her husband, Mark, have four adult children and have attended Covenant since November 2011.
